If there is any damaged/defective condition or wrong items delivered, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All issues must be reported to us within three (3) days of the delivery. Ktaste reserves the right to request for any photo evidence. All items must be in its original packaging together with the original receipt, tags and labels that come with it for our inspection.
Ktaste shall at its sole discretion and considering the circumstances, offer a replacement/exchange or refund of the damaged/defective or incorrect product, or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the damaged/defective or incorrect product. Alternatively, we may allow you to select other items of equivalent value to the damaged/defective within seven (7) days from our written notice to allow you such option and you shall deem to forfeit your right to such replacement or exchange if you do not do the same within the given time period wherein we shall not be liable to entertain any of your request to the said damaged/defective or wrong item.
Ktaste’s decision as to the recourse of the damaged/defective condition or wrong items delivered shall be final and binding on you.
Please take note that is not applicable to orders for the Chilled and Fresh Food Products except for the situation in which wrong Chilled and Fresh Food Products are delivered provided that you informed the same to us on the delivery day itself. If you do not report the issue of the wrong Chilled and Fresh Food Products delivered within the specified period, we shall not entertain any of your request to the said incorrect Chilled and Fresh Food Products delivered.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
